Sheikh Essa bin Mohammed Al Zedjali , The Chairman of the Muscat Press and Publishing and the Editor of "Times of Oman" newspaper.
He was born in Muscat in 1939.

What he was did?
He began his career in Aramco company in Saudi Arabia in 1954.
He moved to work in Kuwait, he served as Chairman of the Division archives in the Ministry of Post, Telegraph and Telephone in Kuwait.
Then, he work as secretary in the Department of Petroleum in Abu Dhabi.
And , in 1972 , he work in the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Director for Consular Affairs.
In 1974, He was appointed general consul of the Sultanate in Mumbai.
Then , from 1989 until 1994 he was Honorary general consul of the Republic of Philippines in Muscat.
And, he was a member of the Advisory Board for two terms.
And, he was member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Oman for 8 years.
Then, he was a member in the Authority of resolve commercial disputes for 6 years.
In 1975, he was the foundations of Al Essa house for Printing and Publishing.
He was published ‘ Times of Oman newspaper ‘ that was the first English newspaper in the Sultanate and he was the edited president for it until his death.
And, he was a member of the Organization of World Press.
He was a member of the Gulf Press Union.
He was coverage of official visits of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, may God protect him.
And , He was generosity in ' Media Innovation Forum' which was organized by the Sultan Qaboos University.

His death:
He go to the mercy of God at the age of 74 years, after a long drive with journalistic work in the Sultanate of Oman.
Where he died in Germany 21th of February , 2013 after a long travel illness continue for a year.
